All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any clothing items purchased from Northern Perspective Inc.
2. Exceptions:
While our general policy is that no refunds will be provided, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise and we will strive to help you through these scenarios such as:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If a clothing item is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to have the item replaced.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and our 3rd party vendor to rectify the situation.
